Behavior and Disrespect

Lets just say you are working at an office.And you are too casual with someone.Does it mean you disrespect him?Or that you are just a bit friendly towards that person.Cause i am friendly to someone at work who is older than me and suddenly out of the blue this guy from the office comes up and says"Why are you so casual?Do you know him for a long time?You thnk you are cool when you are casual with him?" i shut my mouth and didnt say a thingand let his ego get his satisfaction.This happened yesterday.Today i surpassed my acting skills and apologized to the asshole for being casual with the other guy.My onclusion is:when no-one respects you,you are waiting for the chance to cause a problem.Lack of respect is a serious disadvantage many ppl have cause of their character.Nevermind just fuck those guys and move on.On the other side if you are the one that no-one respects i got the solution for you:give them a very good reason to disrespect you.Make them hate you.Make them wanting to avoid you.If you see that they disrespect you without knowing you then why not give them a reason to disrespect you?Thats what i do and i keep a healthy ego.Cause all your mind wants is a reason why things are happening.And if you cant understand the reason why some things are happening to you,then go and give them yourself a reason so that your brain gets bac to reasonable thinking.Thats all folks.Give things a reason and keep your ego healthy ;)
